Accounts, bills, lists of goods, and receipts, with some communications, warrants, promissory notes for goods and services, both public and private including a 1783 list of who owns which type of vehicle (chaises, sulkeys, and chairs) and their condition, some accounts for foreign trade; trading stock (1806, 1845, and 1863) including columns of numbers, some with names, labeled 1806 Trading Stock for Sandy Bay, Squam, Harbor East and West, and West and Town parishes, and stock in hand 1845 and 1863; and orders and receipts (1843-1868) containing bundles of small blue receipts, orders for payment of money and receipts, and notes and school loan bond.
